2:56pm Thu 28 Feb 08
This dinky place next to Taylors cycle shop is definitely no-frills but it does the job - and you're sure to be greeted with a smile by owner Kazem Hakimi, who is surely the most cheerful chippy boss in Oxford.

Turn the weird-ometer dial up to 11. The links between Oxford and throat-slitting hairdresser Sweeney Todd are too strong for comfort.

THE FLEECE, CHURCH GREEN, WITNEY THE FLEECE, CHURCH GREEN, WITNEY
10:35am Fri 18 Jan 08
