Olympic silver medallist oarswoman Alison Mowbrey will speak about volunteering in sport to 140 children at Blackbird Leys Leisure Centre on Friday.
Mowbrey was on the podium for the quadruple scull at Athens Olympics in 2004.
The motivational speech is part of the annual Oxfordshire Step Into Sport Conference to celebrate volunteers who have gained their community sports leaders award.
