Oxford City completed a memorable weekend as their veteran's team won the Umbro National Trophy with a 3-2 victory over Ilkeston Town at Rushden & Diamonds' Nene Park.
City, who had Garry Parker playing a pivotal role in midfield against a team including ex-Oxford United striker Nigel Jemson, scored through Paul Harwood, Frankie Dorrian and Julio Barresi.
On Saturday, Parker's former teammates won promotion to the British Gas Business Southern League Premier Division with a 1-0 play-off victory against Uxbridge.
