07/08 Season
Fisher at the double

United's young strikers shone as they beat Kidlington 3-0 in last night's friendly at Yarnton Road.

Alex Fisher scored twice and Matty Taylor the other in a comprehensive win on a very cold night.

Oxford's trialists included 18-year-old St Kitts and Nevis international Aaron Moses-Garvey, who played up front in the first half and right wing in the second.

United also gave first-half run outs to Danny Rose, who created Fisher's opener with a well-flighted free-kick, and Ryan Semple.

Fisher bagged his second on 62 minutes, with Taylor netting three minutes later.
