Funeral date for builder

The funeral of the building site worker who died in an accident at Witney's Marriotts Close development will be held next Friday, September 12.
Developers Simons Construction will shut down work on the town centre site for the day as a mark of respect for 28-year-old Altin Balla.
He leaves a young widow and two children.
The funeral is being held in their home village, near Aberystwyth, west Wales.
Simons is laying on a minibus for colleagues who worked alongside Mr Balla, an employee of sub-contractor Safety Net Services, to attend the funeral.
The Health and Safety Executive is continuing its investigation into the accident on Friday, August 29.
