A nurse who served in the Falklands War was reunited with more than 170 former Royal Navy personnel and veterans on board the P&O superliner Aurora in Southampton on Sunday.
Liz Ormerod, from East Hagbourne, was a senior nurse aboard the hospital ship Uganda during the 1982 conflict.
She said she had mixed feelings about attending the reunion and meeting some of the severely injured servicemen she helped treat more than 25 years ago.
Many thanks Liz.
I have never visited the Hagbourne complex.
It has olde wurlde charm?
