Fatal crash: man arrested
A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal collision in Arncott, near Bicester, last month.
The 42-year-old man has been arrested and bailed until May 9.
The collision happened at about 6.50am on Friday, March 28, on the Murcott Road near Oakview caravan site.
A green Rover 420 travelling in the direction of Horton-cum-Studley left the road and two men in the vehicle were both badly injured.
One of the passengers, 71-year-old James Connors, of Murcott Road, Arncott, later died in Banbury's Horton Hospital on Thursday, April 3.
