Let us celebrate the proposed extension of Tesco at Bicester - it is long overdue.
The people of Bicester deserve a larger supermarket that carries a full range of products and doesn't keep running out.
As for the traffic concerns, we all know that it is not Tesco that causes the traffic problems at weekends, but Bicester Village.
Wouldn't a choice of supermarket chains be more benificial?
