A judge has labelled a man who encouraged young girls to kick him in the groin a 'bizarre predator'.

Driving instructor David Aston, 32, is facing jail after enticing the teenagers - aged 13 and 14 - into satisfying his "bizarre" sexual tastes by bribing them with alcohol and cash.

The married father-of-two met one of the girls in an Internet chatroom and told her he had starred in videos for websites catering for people who liked being kicked.

Oxford Crown Court heard Aston twice stripped naked from the waist downwards, crouched on all fours on a towel in woodland near Bicester and encouraged four girls to kick him in the groin until he could no longer handle the pain.

A jury of nine men and three women found Aston, of Bell Close, Cassington, guilty of two counts of sexual activity with a child and four of causing or enticing a child to engage in sexual activity.

They also cleared him of five counts of making indecent images of children.

Peter Coombe, prosecuting, had described Aston as a "predator" who targeted vulnerable young girls and corrupted them.

Judge Julian Hall said: "This particular fetish is not one I have come across before.

"I found this a bizarre case. The description of predator is not ill-founded and the overwhelming probability is you are going to go to prison."

During the five-day trial the court had heard evidence from the youngsters, who described their "shame and disgust" at agreeing to kick Aston.

Giving evidence earlier in the week, one of girls, who was 14 at the time of the two incidents in April 2006, admitted lying to Aston by telling him she was 16 and said he had asked her to pose for dirty pictures.

Two other girls, then aged 13 and 14, also admitted telling Aston they were each a year older than they were - but still under the age of consent.

The court heard Aston met the girls on two separate occasions with one going along twice and three others once each.

He engaged in sex acts with one of them in the front seats of his car while others looked on from the back.

Aston, who denied all the charges, had claimed he believed the girls were all aged 16 or over because they were wearing make-up, smoking and drinking.

The court heard his marriage had since broken down, but he was now in a new relationship and still had a close bond with his two sons, aged five and seven.

Judge Hall adjourned sentencing until Monday, June 16, released Aston on bail and ordered him to sign the sex offenders' register.

this has taken 2 years to get some justice, my daughter has done herself and the other girls proud, how a man in his 30's could believe that what he did was ok is beyond any normal human being that i know...the police and judicial system has done us proud today and made the right decision, this man is a risk to young girls, and that is by his own admission, thinking they were 16 does not make it ok!!!..he deserves everything that is coming his way, my daughter will be able to now put this behind her, and we will see justice get done on sentence..i'm happy that this very sick man has now been caught out, one more off the streets, do not let your daughters have driving lessons with this man, he will offer them free lessons in exchange for favours..he is a menace, this may be his first conviction, but he has done it before and will do it again if not monitored..i hope he enjoyed signing the sex offenders register, i got great pleasure from it..

So a man allowed some girls who albeit below the age of consent were more than old enough to know better, to kick him in the balls, and Judge Julian Hall tells him to expect prison... But another man can sexually abuse a young child and it's suggested he buy her a bike as some form of compensation.

I'm not saying the accused doesn't deserve punishment for his crimes but why on earth is this Judge still presiding over cases such as these when he appears to posess no logic whatsoever?

my opnion of this case is that this seems like an unfair trail.
my reason for this is that the girls should be partly to blame as well.
why were they on a chat room chatting to older men anyway?
the girls knew what they were doing they went on achatroom knowing that they may meet up with someone.
the papers say that they were drinking and smoking which they shouldnt of being doing as they were all under the age.parents shouldnt be letting them drink and smoke as its against the law .
also people should take into consideration that young girls today dress up to make themselves look older to appeal to older men. plus girls mature quicker than boys and its always been that girls tend to look for older boys/men to get attention from.
the girls are as much to blame as the man he had to trust that he was being the right information . the girls also knew that meeting with someone could involve sexual activity and still went ahead anyway, they had every oppotunity to say no and to not meet. if they were truthful and did not lie then im sure he would of backed right off. these girls lied and how do you know if they have lied about anything else?
i think a prision sentence is un fair the girls are part to blame as well.
im not taking sides but in this case i think that the fairest thing that should happen is a suspended sentence from driving.

This person speaks sense. I in no way condone the actions of this man but I find it rather disturbing how quick people are to jump on the band wagon. It's just another story to feed the sensationalist wolves the blood they crave. Lets see some sense here!!

Whilst I feel sorry for the girls this happened to I just hope they have learnt an extremely important lesson.

i think that the case is a load of rubbish the girls are stupid they knew exactly what was going on they shouldnt be trying to act an older age as trouble always follows. parents should keep an eye on their children and its irresponsible to let their children drink and smoke. the girls have all lied and i bet it wont be the last time they lie about their age .
they are to blame as much as the man found guilty.

The case does not seem like it was fair all we've heard about is the girls and how they r ashamed which they should be as they were silly enough to get into a situation like that.
i think that young girls arent responsible ive seen many 14 year olds try and get served in pubs and get into clubs and some do because when they are dressed up so much they do look older.
i think the man has learnt his lesson and he will never do it again but i dont think the girls have . i bet in a few years time they may do it again and get some other poor man in trouble.

this case is aload of b*******. mr aston isnt a nasty person he is not capable of doing this to young girls this has been twisted by the girls and the police to make it look worser than it is its the girls fault being stupid enough to meet a stranger i hope they are ashamed of what they have done.
mr aston is a nice man who wouldnt hurt anyone and would not force anyone to do anything . people who dont know him should not judge him as people should not be judged how would you like to be judge ? we werent there neither were the parents how can they say thir kids are telling the truth . children lie they arent angels they do make mistakes and i think that this case has been blown out of scale. i bet the girls wanted to do it and then decided they would have some fun and get the police involved.
if a prison sentence is given i think the court system is well and truly screwed my car has less dents then this case . its a waste of time. this should be dropped

i take it you must be one of the friends who he blamed for the child **** being found on his computer...he only got not guilty on them charges as they could not prove it was him, he was very quick to blame his mates...oh and name them too..so i would imagine it won't be long before you have the police on your doorstep hey mate...

yeh the papers can be so misleading they are the biggest gossipers of all no wonder so many people get the wrong versions or one side of the story the paper has no consideration for peoples feelings.
this is a complete waste of time.
