A rallying call has gone out for helpers to boost an Oxford festival.
The Headington Festival, which is being held on Sunday, June 1, takes place in Bury Knowle Park, London Road, between 1pm and 5pm.
This is the sixth year of the festival, and while organisers say they have just enough people to run it, extra numbers would help make the day a bigger success.
Caroline Duffy, who co-ordinates the festival on behalf of the Headington Action Group, said: "There is always more room for anyone who wants to come and get involved.
"We have got our usual reliable crew of volunteers who will be there on the day, but it would be great to have more people to help hand out programmes, direct vehicles and people, or help with activities such as wellie wanging.
"The festival has gone from strength to strength in the past couple of years and this year we want to make it even better, but we need the volunteers to ensure this.

"Not only is it a great opportunity for people to get involved in a really good community day, it is also a way of meeting people who live in the area, and making new friends."
Mrs Duffy said the day would be packed with fun activities for families, and she hoped to see people turning out in similar numbers to last year.
She said: "We have got loads of great stuff for kids on the day, including a magician and face painting. Oxford City Council's street sports team are also coming down.
"The Strawberry Majorettes will also be back again this year, as well as our popular wellie wanging competition."
There will also be a wide range of stalls on the day and Thames Valley Police will be offering free postcode stamping for bikes.
