Excessive waiting time

WE all hope for a good start to the New Year but for the Moghul family it could not have been worse.
They have suffered years of misery as their home has regularly been flooded with raw sewage all for the sake of a new pipe.
How can this problem have been ignored for so long that it is necessary for the district's MP to have to take it to Parliament to get some action?
Thames Water is now hiding behind the excuse that the huge number of homes flooded during the recent rains means it cannot do the necessary work in the immediate future.
But surely 15 years is long enough to wait.
