A DRIVER has avoided disqualification after being caught speeding on the motorway.
Aruh Bdor, of Warwick Road, Banbury, was caught speeding on October 1 last year on the M1 southbound between junctions 24 and 23A.
The 28-year-old, who was driving near Kegworth in Leicestershire, was caught on an automatic speed camera driving 74mph in a 60mph speed limit zone.

At Leicester Magistrates’ Court on April 24 this year, he was found guilty and fined £220.
Three penalty points were also added to his driving record.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £110 and court costs of £88.
The total amount Bdor will need to pay is £418 by the end of May.
