Man glassed in fight
A 24-year-old man was smashed in the face with a glass bottle during a fight in Carterton.
Police are appealing for witnesses to a fight between two men in Stanmore Crescent, near the junction with Lyneham Close, at about 1am on Saturday.
One of the men suffered a wound to his forehead as a result of being hit with a bottle.
Police are looking for an attacker is white, aged around 19 years old, 5ft 7in, skinny, with short dark brown hair.
Pc Rob Webb, based at Witney police station, said: "The victim received a deep gash to his forehead, just above his right eye.
"I appeal to anyone who was in this area of Carterton in the early hours of Saturday morning and witnessed the incident to contact me."
