City-wide festival features local dance talent
 |
| Dancin' Oxford 2008 |
Dancin' Oxford 2008 launched on Saturday 9th February and already we are into the full swing of the festival.
During the first week a special series of performances took place at the Museum of Modern Art. MeterMetre features local professional dance artists who are creating pieces in response to the Oxford Open exhibition - and they can only perform within their allocated 1 meter square space!
Pegasus staff member Naomi Morris is one of the performers taking part. Naomi is a dancer and dance teacher and can also regularly be seen at the theatre in the box office selling tickets and talking to bookers, youth theatre members and other visitors.
This is not the only time Naomi can be seen taking part in the festival, she is also involved in the lOcAte Performance Project at the Said Business School on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th February.
